LIQUID METALS GROUP

Liquid Metals Group (LMG) was founded by James Kang to develop products leveraging the unique and extreme properties of amorphous alloys.  In 1993, Mr. Kang and partners founded Liquidmetal Technologies based in bulk amorphous alloys that were discovered at California Institute of Technology and Tohoku University in Japan.  Since 1993, Liquidmetal Technologies has pioneered various processing technologies and their applications to commercialize amorphous alloys.  Mr. Kang and his team have the most extensive experience in the field of amorphous alloys.

In 2023, Mr. Kang transferred most manufacturing and development activities from California and China to Bangkok Thailand.  LMG is a subsidiary of 153INSPIRE Corporation, which is based out of Las Vegas USA.  153INSPIRE is a holding company with various investments as well as patents that relate to amorphous alloys.  153INSPIRE’s partners also have facilities in San Diego, California and Houston, Texas, which specialize in amorphous alloy coatings.
Presently, Amorphous Alloys are utilized in automotive applications, in oil exploration, Omega watches, knives, electronic components, and many more.

The evolution of historical significance

Innovative Technology of Liquid Metal applied to quality products in any industry.

Liquid Metal molding injection process works within reasonable cost and development time, without the need of CNC or die-casting machine. The high elasticity of Liquid Metal gives you a very unique possibility.

Liquidiamond knife applies the unique strength of the diamond to the most advanced Liquid Metal edges, providing a brilliant kitchen experience in any environment.

The application of Liquid Metal in a variety of sports items, including golf, ultimately achieves absolute energy transmission.

Liquid Metal Foam can complete overwhelming excellence in safety-related industries and in shock and vibration absorption.

High-end smart phone makers and premium quality consumer electronics makers are considering to apply Liquid Metal to their products.

Performance of Liquid Metal was proved by NASA and Caltech, which includes commercial markets and news media. One of its recent usage is the AxEMU for Artemis 3 space mission spacesuit.

Conventional metals shape the 20th century as you know. After the discovery of Liquid Metal alloy by Caltech, this ignited the application of Liquid Metal to higher grade of various consumer and non-consumer products, and components.

Global high-tech companies which uses Liquid Metal in its applications, includes NASA and Lockheed Martin. Smartphone makers and sports equipment makers also prefer to use Liquid Metal.

It is suitable for high-grade finishing quality of any surface and also for luxury and various medical components. Liquid Metal is tested to be biocompatible to the humans skin and blood.

Yield strength of Liquid Metal shows over 1723MPa (Titanium alloy ~830MPa) and is a suitable alternative for Titanium. Overall performance of Liquid Metal (non-crystalline metal) records to way better results compared to conventional crystalline metals (Titanium, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, etc.).
